Non pre-sale campaign items will ship within 2-5 business days.

Once your order ships you will receive an email with information to track you package.

For all pre-sale items, if you wish to cancel an order, you must do so before the pre-sale close date. Once the sale has closed, orders cannot be cancelled.

Items from most pre-sale campaigns cannot be returned. These products are custom made to order for each specific campaign. If you are concerned that you may wish to return an item, please check to see if it is a PRE-SALE prior to making your purchase.
